The best way to stay informed about updates to the site is through the Bijouterie Newsgram, published quarterly. If you have not yet signed up to receive this news promotion, go to "Home" page; and click on the Bijouterie Guest List box in the lower right corner; insert your e-mail address, then you will be added to the list. Guest list members benefit by inclusion in Members’ Only Sales of up to 40% off merchandise, Sneak Previews & the ability to purchase these sneak previews prior to website public, and other goodies!
How can I be sure of the quality of the items I order? TOP
Each piece of beaded jewelry created and sold is made with the highest quality materials and accurately described. Sign up for the Bijouterie Newsgram to learn more about the “ingredients” used in Susan’s beaded jewelry.
Does Bijouterie donate any portion of sales to a local or other organization? TOP
YES! Presently, 10-20% of all jewelry sales via the website or boutique (or any other non-donated sales) will be donated to this FL Keys organization (of which the artist is a member): Voices for Florida Keys Children, Inc. (a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization). The mission of this group is to assist the Guardian ad Litem in representing abused, abandoned, and neglected children in the FL Keys. They provide financial assistance for the accompanying health, education, and social needs of FL Keys children.

We are always happy to answer your questions. You may contact us one of three ways: e-mail, use the Contact Me page on this site, or you can call (305) 853-9996 between 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (EST) Monday-Saturday. What form of payment can I use at Bijouterie? TOP
You can pay for your beaded jewelry order using your Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover card through PayPal, a secure online ordering service. You may also use the E-check option for payment with a check. If you have any special payment needs, feel free to contact Susan directly to discuss further. Bijouterie now accepts payment with multiple world currencies through PayPal! These currencies are: Euro Dollar, Yen, Canadian Dollar, and Pounds Sterling.
How much does shipping cost and when will my order arrive? TOP
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and include shipping & insurance, and various options are offered. If you are located close to Bijouterie within the FL Keys, and you'd like to pick up your order, that's one option. Otherwise, other shipping options include First Class Mail and Priority Mail. If you are not located on the East coast of FL, I personally suggest Priority Mail to ensure the safe & reliable delivery of your jewelry. Bijouterie is not responsible for jewelry lost in shipping, whether or not insurance is purchased.
Orders are shipped within 1-2 days of receipt of order. Your order is estimated to arrive within 1-3 business days if shipped Priority Mail; 4-7 days if shipped First Class Mail.
You may choose to upgrade to USPS Express Mail; please contact Susan if you would like to arrange this form of shipment prior to placing your order.
Orders received on Saturdays will be shipped Monday morning; on Sundays, Tuesday morning. For international shipping, see instructions below.
Will I be charged sales tax? TOP
Sales tax is applied only to orders shipped in Florida.
How can I return/exchange merchandise? TOP
Bijouterie will gladly accept returns/exchanges for any purchase in its original condition within 14 days of receipt, when accompanied with its proper documentation, and in its original package. Every purchase with Bijouterie is insured for the full amount of the item(s) in the shipment. If there are any issues with your shipment, contact Susan immediately upon receipt. To process your return/exchange, please send an e-mail to Susan and include a reason for the exchange.
How are Bijouterie beaded jewelry orders packaged? TOP
The jewelry is wrapped within secure bubble wrap packaging to guarantee the safety of your purchase in transport. The shipment is also insured. Smaller items, such as earrings, anklets, and accessories will be enveloped in a small gift organza bag prior to secure shipping. Larger items are either packaged in gift boxes or in the case of necklaces in a keepsake jewelry roll. Attractive gift boxes are available upon request.
What if my order gets lost or damaged in shipping? TOP
USPS insures all shipments. Each shipment & customer receives a "tracking number" to ensure the safe delivery/location of your purchase. If there are any issues with a Bijouterie shipment, contact Susan.
Can you ship internationally? TOP
Yes! All jewelry on this site is available for international shipping via USPS Global Priority Mail. This type of insurance is fast & inexpensive, but does not include tracking or insurance on your order. For orders over $75.00, it is recommended that Express Mail be used as this will include tracking and insurance on your valuable merchandise. The cost of this type of mail can be significantly higher than Priority Mail depending on what country it goes to, however, the peace of mind may be worth it!
Presently, PayPal & Bijouterie accepts multiple currencies of Euro dollars, Yen, Canadian dollars, and Pounds Sterling. Please note that additional shipping expenses may be required prior to shipping your purchase. When placing your order, you will be charged the U.S. shipping expense. If necessary, you will receive an e-mail with the additional amount owed. Shipment will commence when this payment is received.
Does Bijouterie guarantee my privacy? TOP

At Bijouterie, we are committed to protecting your privacy. The information we collect about you we use to process orders and to provide a more personalized shopping experience. We do not sell, rent or loan any identifiable information regarding its customers to third parties. Any information you give us is held in strict confidence and with the utmost care and security, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.
What information do we collect? How is it used?
In order to make a purchase, we need to know your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card number, and expiration date. This information allows us to process and fulfill your order, and to notify you of your order status. The website has been designed so that no personal identifying information is displayed online or is accessible to the general public.
When you sign up for the Bijouterie Newsgram, we need your email address to send you the information you requested. When you e-mail Susan with comments/questions, your e-mail is used to respond to you online. You will only be contacted by phone or e-mail if additional information is needed to fulfill your order.
We personalize your shopping experience by using your purchases to shape our selection of jewelry and accessories that might be of interest to you. Customer traffic patterns and site usage are monitored to help develop the design and layout of the online store.
